Membership in the REALTOR® organization begins with your local Member Board.
There are several classes of membership including REALTOR® membership which requires a New Mexico real estate license, and Affiliate membership for those who are not actively engaged in the real estate business but are supportive of the real estate industry – i.e. mortgage brokers, title companies, inspection companies, etc.
