2009 Monthly U.S. House Stats Reports Participants
The current U.S. House Stats participants are: Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®, Las Cruces Association of REALTORS® MLIS, New Mexico Multi-Board MLS, Otero County Board of REALTORS®, Ruidoso Board of REALTORS®, Santa Fe Association of REALTORS®, and San Juan County Board of REALTORS®, Silver City Regional Association of REALTORS® and the Taos Association of REALTORS®. Reports represent single family residential data only. At this time no other reporting areas are represented in the data below.

Please note that this information is furnished by Local Boards, Associations, and Multiple Listing Services and may not reflect all Real Estate activity in the market area.

U.S. House Stats

The REALTORS® Association of New Mexico is pleased to announce a partnership with U.S. House Stats. A web-based system, U.S. House Stats allows participating Member Boards and multiple listing services to electronically report monthly existing home sales and market data to RANM and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. This is a free service for RANM participating Member Boards. Both U.S. House Stats and REALTORS ® Association of New Mexico (RANM) staff are available to assist you in the process.

By participating with U.S. House Stats RANM will be able to improve the quality and quantity of statewide housing statistics, become the credible source for statewide housing market information, and streamline your reporting process for greater accuracy.
