Your Instanet Forms Library will include the new, better, and smarter RANM Residential Resale Purchase Agreement beginning February 2.
It will take 12 to 24 hours for Authentisign Templates for this new form to be launched. Templates cannot be updated until the forms go live which is why there is a delay in Authentisign Template Release.
The new version of the Purchase Agreement has been sent to Dotloop and ZipForm but RANM has no word on when form will be available through these vendors.
