Mediation is a process in which one or more neutral third party mediators assist disputing parties to reach an agreement. Use the links below to learn more about the mediation process.

Arbitration
Boards and Associations of REALTORS® provide arbitration to resolve contractual issues and questions and specific non-contractual issues and questions that arise between members, between members and their clients, and, in some cases, between parties to a transaction brought about through the efforts of REALTORS®.  Disputes arising out of any of the four above-referenced contractual relationships may be arbitrated.

Filing an Ethics Complaint
Boards and Associations of REALTORS® are responsible for enforcing the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. The code of Ethics imposes duties above and in addition to those imposed by law or regulation which apply only to real estate professionals who chose to become REALTORS®.
