This course is recommended for leaders who are interested in advancing their skills to an executive level.   Leadership 300 builds on the topics covered in the Leadership 200 course and also addresses association governance, identifying and developing leaders, communications, and leadership challenges. (While Leadership 200 provides a helpful background for class participants, it is not mandatory that you have completed it to take Leadership 300.)

Our facilitator will be Charles McMillan, 2009 NAR President. Charles is a trusted expert in leadership development, cultural diversity training, and strategic planning solutions for organizations across the globe.
