Invest in yourself and join the REALTOR® Family. You will find that belonging to the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico (RANM), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and your local association will reward you in many ways.
The majority of RANM members join through a local member board. Use our district map to locate your city and respective board. When you join your local REALTORS® association or board, you automatically become a member of the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico and the National Association of REALTORS®. You are eligible for all the benefits and services offered by all three organizations. If you are a New Mexico licensed real estate broker and want to become a member of RANM, contact your local member board today.
If your office is located in an area where no local member board has jurisdiction, you may apply for direct membership through RANM. Individual REALTOR® members of RANM receive the same benefits and are bound by the same policies as members who have joined through a local member board, and automatically have membership in NAR. Questions? Contact RANM Member Services.
If you are with a company or organization interested in affiliate membership, please contact Member Services at 505-467-6305 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Join today and become part of the professional association that makes a difference and is invested in you! For more information and access to all RANM benefits and services, visit the Members Only section of this website after you join.
The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Learn more about the many national membership benefits available to you.
RANM’s Legal Hotline provides direct, toll free access to a real estate attorney who can provide information to REALTORS® to identify issues before they become problems and answer day-to-day legal questions that arise in the real estate business. The Hotline is also available to answer questions you may have about the RANM Forms Library.
Standard forms and contracts are one of RANM’s most important and popular products. Forms are revised on a regular basis to comply with law and regulatory changes, and new forms are added as needed.
Forms Delivery Providers
RANM has a licensing agreement with zipLogix to provide the RANM forms library through zipForms, supplementing your free NAR benefit, and giving you a choice of form vendors. There is a fee for any additional services; contact zipLogix for more information.

The National Association of REALTORS® is the voice for real estate in the national legislative arena, reflecting industry views. At the state level, RANM is the voice for real estate in New Mexico, keeping tabs on New Mexico issues important to REALTORS®, and working to preserve private property rights and the ability to transfer real property in the state without undue restrictions and regulations.
RANM provides a REALTOR® Continuing Education course listing by date and by location on a convenient map, as well as an Events Calendar to keep you up to date on available education, professional development, and networking opportunities. The education calendar contains New Mexico Real Estate Commission (NMREC) approved continuing education classes throughout the state.
There are also “specialty” designations and courses available to help hone your skills in the areas of buyer representation, property management, and more! Visit our Professional Development page for more information.
And of course, your RANM membership offers many opportunities to be involved. Members play an all-important role in the governance of RANM. Volunteers are recruited annually to serve on RANM committees, task forces, and presidential advisory groups. REALTOR® members also play a role in state & national government by acting as State Political Coordinators, National Political Coordinators, and NAR Directors. RANM is governed by a Board of Directors, made up of RANM’s elected officers and representatives from each Member Board.
