New Mexico Association of REALTORS® Announce $125,000.00 relief grant for residents of Ruidoso

The New Mexico Association of REALTORS® has secured a $125,000 grant from the REALTORS® Relief Foundation to assist Ruidoso residents affected by the catastrophic flooding which occurred on July 8, 2025.

Funded by generous contributions from real estate professionals and the National Association of REALTORS®, this grant is administered jointly by New Mexico Association of REALTORS® and the REALTOR® Relief Foundation. The grant provides up to $1,000 per household for those displaced from their primary residence. Assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be used for:

  • Monthly mortgage payments on a damaged primary residence
  • Rent due to displacement
  • Hotel stays related to displacement
