May 19, 2016 (Santa Fe, NM) – “April 2016’s median price of $182,000 is 4% higher than the median reported in April 2015, and 7.1% higher than that reported in April 2014,” according to the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico (RANM) 2016 President Pat Fell. “The numbers reported to RANM for April are in line with the latest national trends which also show a rise in median prices across much the country.” Median price indicates half the properties sold for more, half for less.

RANM CEO Steven Anaya adds “This climb in prices is great news for sellers and is an encouragement to potential buyers to act now before prices go even higher.” Read more. . .
