RANM’s new forms were created and approved by the Forms Committee; the committee consists of a diligent group of active REALTOR members from around the state.

If you would like to share your comments and/or suggestions with the committee, you are welcome to do so. Please contact RANM for a schedule of upcoming meetings or you may email RANM at forms@nmrealtor.com and your comments will be reviewed at the next meeting.   

Please be aware that the purchase agreement and other forms are used by members in the entire state therefore some portions may not be applicable in your area but is necessary for another.  We appreciate your patience, the goal of the committee as the forms are modified and created is to reduce risk management and protect RANMmembers from undue liability.
